Insultec provides a complete turnkey on-site installation service capable of bringing large complex projects to completion on time and in compliance with the highest standards of quality. Insultec has international depth of experience, particularly with projects in developing countries and where conditions such as remote locations and tight deadlines create special challenges.

Insulation installation often comes at the end of the construction of a new facility, when time pressures are most urgent. Insultec's projects management team is very experienced at implementing the complex planning and coordination necessary to achieve successful installation under these types of conditions. Our personnel are also very familiar with prevailing local conditions in different countries, whether it be an oil refinery in Saudi Arabia, a power plant in Thailand or a petrochemical plant in China.

For on-site installation Insultec will provide:
  • A comprehensive installation plan and construction schedule.
  • All technical documentation including step-by-step installation manuals, detail design drawings, materials take-offs and specification sheets, shipping and inventory lists, and work schedules.
  • A team of experienced, technically expert, on-site project managers, including a supervisor, planning engineer, cost accountant and administrator.
  • Procurement, shipping, inspection and storage on-site of all materials and supplies designated by specifications sheets.
  • All necessary tools, fabrication equipment and scaffolding.
  • Construction of temporary offices, workshops and warehouses. If required, construction of housing and catering facilities for workers and project management team.
  • Training programs for local workers. In some countries (e.g. the Middle East) the mobilization of Insultec's own trained labour force of insulation and sheet metal workers.
  • Management of compliance with local laws and regulations.

Insultec uses advanced computer technology and highly sophisticated systems of project management and quality control to schedule and track every aspect of an on-site installation. We hold weekly planning meetings and provide detailed status reports throughout the project. More importantly, our systems and personnel can be quickly mobilized to meet unexpected challenges or changes in conditions.
